• Riverbend Professional Technical Academy is designed to provide students with real-life learning opportunities through integrated academic and technical units in programs not already offered.

• Students who enroll in the Academy typically have a strong career interest in one or more fields being offered, and receive exposure to high-end programs and services.

• These programs will be directly related to the preparation of high-school students for the workforce, following industry standards that could lead to AA degree. Through a diverse "mapping" of the curriculum, students can expect challenging courses related to technology.
